Today sees the start of the Division of Educational & Child Psychology (DECP) annual conference in Brighton.
The conference begins with a Trainee Educational Psychologist event today. This event enables newly qualified educational psychologists to network and develop their research expertise.
The main conference begins on Thursday and will address issues focusing on developing a sense of wellbeing and belonging in our schools, and how schools and those participating in education can support or affect the mental health of all children, and the staff that work in and support our schools.
Confirmed keynote speakers are Peter Kinderman, Baroness Estelle Morris, Praveetha Patalay and Dr Laura Winter. More information on the conference and keynote speakers can be found on the event website.
