Our Committee on Test Standards is carrying out a survey on the retention, storage and destruction of test materials used by psychologists and other test users.
The survey is designed to identify the practices currently adopted by psychologists and other test users in their day-to-day work.
Test data is information derived from testing, which contains personal information from individual test takers and identifies a person’s response to the test.
This survey has been circulated to all chartered psychologists and members of the Register of Qualifications in Test Use, but any psychologist who administers tests is welcome to complete it.
Once analysed, the results will be made available via the Psychological Testing Centre website.
The survey is anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete. Its findings will help inform future Society policy and guidance in this area.
