The programme includes three keynote lectures.

  • Dr Susie Orbach on “Linking therapy to public space: how we can bring what we learn in the consulting room to policy makers and the general public”

Taking place alongside the conference is the Clinical Psychology Fringe Festival. It will take big ideas to different public spaces in Cardiff, exploring what mental health and wellbeing mean in the 21st century by way of the arts. It will feature a range of performances and events over two evening.

And Friday 19 January sees the Beyond the Therapy Room conference. Aimed at a general audience, it features a roster of interesting speakers including Sally Holland, the Children's Commissioner for Wales.
