A group of staff from the Swedish Psychological Association (SPA) are visiting the British Psychological Society (BPS) office in Leicester this week.
Members of the BPS team will be running workshops to encourage expertise to be shared between our staff and guests, continuing the theme of collaborative working and international cooperation that emerged during our hosting of the European Semester of Psychology this year.
We have also organised a trip to the University of Leicester, where our guests will meet with the programme team for their Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Sarb Bajwa, Chief Executive of the BPS, said:
“I am delighted to welcome our colleagues from the SPA to Leicester, and am sure that the opportunity to learn from each other will be of benefit to both organisations.
We are keen to continue building relationships with our sister organisations in other nations, and this is just the latest example of that work.”
