BPS Vice President to appear at UCL Conference

16 December 2016

Jamie Hacker Hughes will speak at a half-day conference on clinical psychology at UCL today.

Entitled From Practice to Policy: Clinical Psychology and Macro-Level Working, the event aims to highlight the ways in which clinical psychologists are able to improve human welfare on a much larger scale than is dictated by their traditional roles.

Our Vice President Jamie Hacker Hughes will give the opening address at the conference this afternoon, with other speakers including Nina Browne, Charlie Howard and Narinder Kapur.

Held in the Kennedy Lecture Theatre at UCL, the event will be comprised of a series of short talks intended to inspire potential new avenues of work for clinical psychologists.
