The Psychology of Sexualities Review (PoSR) is an international peer-reviewed publication that is published annually by the British Psychological Society (BPS). It has been recognised as a high quality publication in the field of sexualities by EBSCO, the world’s most prolific aggregator of full-text journals, which has accepted to index it in its databases. Back copies of the Psychology of Sexualities Review (PoSR), as well as back copies of our former publication (Lesbian & Gay Psychology Review) can be purchased online. Reduced rates are available for BPS members, and are free for members of the Psychology of Sexualities Section. Please visit the BPS Online Shop for the latest prices and purchases.
Submitting your article
Articles and General Submissions should be sent electronically to the Editor, Dr Adam Jowett, with the text 'Manuscript Submission POSR' in the email header. Submissions should be sent as a Word Document attachment, together with a covering letter. A copy should be retained by the author(s). PDF attachments are also acceptable.
Book reviews, bibliographic articles, conference reports, contributions to 'Research in Brief' and 'Focus on Activism', letters and notices about courses, conferences, research and other forthcoming events are not sent out for peer review, but are evaluated by the Editor. Book reviews and all other reports should conform to the general guidelines for academic articles.
