This prestigious award recognises excellent work carried out by our members.

Nominations can be made by a third party, such as a colleague or a client or you can self-nominate.

Criteria

  • Nominees should be Chartered Psychologists, HCPC Registered, Occupational Psychologists and current DOP members.
  • A nomination will only be accepted for a named individual or individuals.
  • Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both accepted.
  • Nominations must be supported by client referees prepared to provide testimony if your nomination is shortlisted.

The nominee must have conducted a piece of work during the last two years, individually or as part of a larger team, that:

  • showed a good understanding of a real world problem in the private or public sector.
  • produced measurable outcomes for the client organisation.
  • demonstrated methodological rigour in its approach.
  • demonstrated ethical practice.
  • applied and/or contributed to the knowledge base.
