From Theory to Practice: Dilemmas and Issues in Implementing the Mental Capacity Act

Conference Description

This day will allow reflection on the working of the MCA from a variety of individuals involved in the development and implementation of the act. It will assist in the understanding of the workings of the act in practise and give an understanding of some of the complexities and issues thrown up by the experience of the last year and the more detailed guidance that has been and is being developed.

Graham Powell "Capacity in the context of personal injury litigation"

Registration will be open from 8.45am with the conference opening at 9.45am. The conference will close at 4.30pm.
