Lesbian and Gay Psychology Section Consultation on the Mental Health Act 2007 Code of Practice

The British Psychological Society Lesbian and Gay Psychology Section assert that sexualities and identities per se should not be considered to be de facto evidence of psychopathology or attendant to psychopathology, and should therefore not be deemed to require enforced treatment or hospitalization.
