Teaching Resources

With the aid of a grant from the Higher Education Academy, Dr Geoff Bunn (Manchester Metropolitan University) and Dr Alan Collins (Lancaster University) are developing a website devoted to providing lecturers with resources for the teaching of Conceptual and Historical Issues in Psychology (CHiP) that meet the minimum standards set out by the British Psychological Society for its Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership.

Higher Education Academy Psychology Network CHiP website

Geoff Bunn and Alan Collins, together with Dr Peter Hegarty (University of Surrey) presented a workshop on teaching CHiP at the BPS Annual Conference in Brighton in April 2009. The seminar was financially supported by the History of Psychology Centre. It is hoped to run similar events elsewhere. Details will be made available here.
