Supervision skills training: Workshop 4 – Ongoing Development – supervision of supervision

This workshop aims to provide ongoing support for those working as supervisors through an ongoing, open, development forum and delegates are encouraged to bring their own agendas for further exploration and consideration in pairs and groups. A requirement for attendance is participation in the previous workshops and it is advisable to attend after a period of practical application.

This series of four workshops aims to facilitate supervisors, or would-be supervisors, to develop, reflect on and refine their own personal practice, and is tailored to their approach, the context in which they work, and their client group/s. The workshops are spread out to allow delegates time for reflection and practice, and preferably should be attended sequentially where possible.
