Supervision skills training: Workshop 2 – Enhancing supervision skills

This workshop covers various aspects of the theory and practice of supervision, including the stages of the supervision process, contracting, feedback and ethics and provides the opportunity to develop and enhance practice.

Feedback from previous delegates has stressed how valuable this course has been for their development as supervisors.

This series of four workshops aims to facilitate supervisors, or would-be supervisors, to develop, reflect on and refine their own personal practice, and is tailored to their approach, the context in which they work, and their client group/s. The workshops are spread out to allow delegates time for reflection and practice, and preferably should be attended sequentially where possible.
