Supervision skills training: Workshop 1 – Essentials of supervision
This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of supervision. Feedback from previous delegates has stressed how valuable this course has been for their development as supervisors.
This series of four workshops aims to facilitate supervisors, or would-be supervisors, to develop, reflect on and refine their own personal practice, and is tailored to their approach, the context in which they work, and their client group/s. The workshops are spread out to allow delegates time for reflection and practice, and preferably should be attended sequentially where possible.
