This talk is based on a comic by Dr Masi Noor and Marina Cantacuzino (Art by Sophie Standing. Published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers), which draws on science and real-life stories, illustrates what forgiveness means to different people and how it can be embraced for positive change.

It explores the key aspects of forgiveness and the impact it can have on the mind and psyche.

This event is free and open to everyone.

There is no need to book so please just turn up on the night.
