The workshop will offer participants a chance to develop their awareness of the often overlooked psycho-social factors that underpin wellbeing at work.

It will draw on recent literature from clinical, organisational, and social psychology and offer a multi-dimensional frame work to allow the audience to develop an approach to wellbeing.

This may be useful to both the individual and the systems within which we work, at a time of great pressure on staff and on services.

It will also offer an opportunity during the day to share excellent practice in a range of clinical settings across the West Midlands.

  • For participants to develop an understanding the factors behind wellbeing at work
  • To consider factors which sustain wellbeing for us as individuals and in our organisations, and how to strengthen them
  • To connect across the region and discuss and share innovative approaches and clinical models
