The 'Ethnic Diversity at Work' Group is pleased to announce its forthcoming Conference on
Ethnicity at Work: The Value of Psychology

The conference will focus on applying psychology to ethnicity and diversity practice in organisations, including such key areas as  leadership, assessment, mentoring and networking. It is aimed at HR and diversity practitioners, minority ethnic professionals and organisational leaders seeking to incorporate evidence-based initiatives into their diversity strategy.  It will include keynote talks and practical, interactive workshops delivered by researchers and practitioners.
