Postgraduate Workshop 20-21 August
The PG Workshop day takes place on the afternoon of Monday 20 August and the morning of Tuesday 21 August. The cost includes refreshments and Lunch on Monday. (Tuesday Lunch not included)

Optional Extra's
Conference Dinner (£25) 22 August 2012
The Gala Dinner will be held at Lower College Hall in St. Andrews which is a 10-15minute walk from the Conference Venues/Accommodation. Coach transfers will be available for all delegates booked onto the dinner and will pick up from New Hall at 6.45pm. Return transfers will be at 11.30pm.The drinks reception will begin at 7pm, then Dinner will be served at 7.45pm and include a three-course meal along with a glass of wine. Places are limited to 100 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets must be purchased in advance and prior to the booking deadline.

Accommodation
If you wish to stay at the University's 3-Star Accommodation, please book the full residential package.

Additional Accommodation on Monday 20 August is available to purchase for £55. Please contact the office for availability 0116 2529555.

Airport Transfer

This year we are providing a complimentary airport transfer from and to the conference from Edinburgh Airport at fixed times. Further details will be provided upon booking.

HOW TO REGISTER
The quickest and most convenient way to book a place at the conference is to book online using a credit or debit card. If you are not a returning customer you will need to register as a new user.

If you wish to pay by Cheque, or wish to request an invoice, please download and complete the registration form and post it to BPS Conferences within the specified deadline.

Deadline to request an invoice is 9 July 2012. The final booking deadline to attend the Conference is 6 August 2012.
