‘Reclaiming Social Psychology: Interdisciplinary Dialogues’

The Social Psychology Section Annual Conference is a three-day event at which academics, practitioners and students present their views and work.

Contributions include papers, symposia and posters as well as more innovative dissemination methods such as ‘5 minute challenge’ sessions. Submission are now open.

This is an excellent opportunity for delegates to meet and learn from leading professionals both from the UK and overseas.

The Social Psychology section aims to:

  • encourage social psychological research;
  • facilitate the development of social psychological knowledge;
  • facilitate and promote the application of social psychological
  • knowledge in a variety of settings;
  • support and facilitate the professional development of social psychologists;
  • promote social psychological responses to social problems at national and international level;
  • increase public understanding of social psychology;
  • and safeguard a central place for social psychology in the curricula of psychology degrees.
