Welcome Reception  - Tuesday 26th June
The welcome reception will take place with the poster session between 17:00 – 18:00; all delegates are invited to attend this.

Networking Hogroast- Tuesday 26th June
Taking place at the University between 18:00 - 20:00. If you have book a Full conference without accommodation, or a Two day package you will receive this as part of your booking.  

Gala Dinner - Wednesday 27th June
An unforgettable evening of Welsh hospitality in the historic surroundings of Cardiff Castle. Dating from the 15th century, the Undercroft is one of the oldest parts of the Castle and here you can enjoy the very best of Welsh food, entertainment and the warmest of welcomes from your hosts the Nosweithiau Bute-iful Nights. For £45 the evening will include a 4 course meal, half a bottle of wine and entertainment.

The Castle Arms – Wednesday 27th June

All delegates are invited to the Castle Arms Cellar Pub at the Angel Hotel on Wednesday 27th June. The gala dinner will end around 10:00pm and we expect that guests will make the short walk across the road to the pub, however if you are not attending the dinner please feel free to head over when you wish.  Please note that they do not serve food.
