Coaching through life transitions: A particular opportunity for developmental coaching? webinar

Join Dr. Tatiana Bachkirova, leading thinker in developmental coaching and Jennifer Liston-Smith, one of the founding influencers in the field of corporate maternity coaching, to explore this topic. We will examine big questions with an eye to practical outcomes.

Friday 16 March 2012, 12:30 -14:00

This is a webinar event.

We will spend an hour unpacking the topic; sharing insights, ideas, practical experience and coaching approaches; followed by up to a further 30 minutes of Q&A or discussion / shared experience.

We'll cover:

  • What do we mean by life transitions?
  • What do we know already about what helps in coaching people at these times?
  • What do we mean here by Developmental Coaching and how is that done?
  • How would a developmental perspective change what we do, if at all?
  • Why are Life Transitions particular developmental opportunities (or emergencies)?
  • Focusing on maternity coaching as an example, what approaches help in particular? How do we add a developmental perspective to this?
  • What is your experience and perspective?
