Lunch
Lunch on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday is included in the registration
fees. A buffet will be served in the Barnes Wallis Restaurant which is a
short walk from the session rooms.
Social Events
The Conference will open with a Welcome Wine Reception to be held in the
Exhibition Foyer of the Renold Building from 6.30pm on Wednesday 30 March.
All delegates are most welcome to attend and this will also be an opportunity
to visit the exhibition stands.
A wine reception will take place on Thursday 31 March, Friday 1 April and
Saturday 2nd April which will provide an opportunity for delegates
to view the posters in more detail. There is no charge for these
events.
A Conference dinner and disco will be held on Friday 1 April. This is bookable
on the registration form at a cost of £30 per person to include a
three course dinner, coffee and limited wine. Please ensure you make us
aware of any special dietary requirements by completing the section on the
form.
