There is a Barclays and LINK cash machine (ATM) on the ground floor of the Barnes Wallis Building (where lunch is served), and there is a branch of NatWest located directly opposite the main security lodge entrance to the Campus.

Car Parking

There is no car parking on the University site. Delegates can make use of the multi-storey car park on Charles Street, and the top two floors (L & M) are secure for overnight parking. You will be issued with a ticket upon entry, and payment is on departure.

Charges are:

£7.00 for the day
£9.00 for 24 hours

There is a high-speed Wi-Fi access in the Weston Building. The Renold Building has a cybercafe, and there is also broadband internet connection in the Residents'Lounge.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in exhibition area in the Renold Building. Delegates may register from 12pm on Wednesday 30 March when they will be given a badge, full delegate pack and any relevant tickets for individual events. The registration desk will remain open for the duration of the event as follows

Wednesday 30 March 12.00 to 15.00
Thursday 31 March 08.00 to 18.00
Friday 1 April 08.30 to 18.00
Saturday 2 April 08.30 to 18.00

Accessibility Information

Throughout the campus ramps have been built as part of a programme to improve access for disabled people. Reserved parking can be organised - please call 0116 252 9555 to arrange this. There is level access into all conference & dining areas where the conference is taking place, and lift access available in both the Weston and Renold Buildings. Please note that the door to the lifts in Renold Building are 1.4m wide and 2m high. General door widths in the rest of the building are 1.9m wide and 2m high. Door widths in the Weston and MEN Theatre measure 1.4m, and are 2m high.. Accessible toilets are provided in the Renold Building on Floors B, F, G & H, and in the Weston Building ground floor. When booking, please advise if you require specially-adapted bedrooms.

All conference rooms are fitted with an induction loop for the hard of hearing.
