There are three core elements to the TPSG vision:
1. To ensure that those striving towards Chartered Occupational Psychologist status are given:

the support and guidance that they need

the opportunity to discuss occupational psychology issues in a supportive forum

the opportunity to make contact with other people who are working towards the same aim
2. To raise awareness about the value of pursuing Chartered Occupational status
3. To provide an e-group forum for information sharing and discussion on issues such as logbook completion and the practice of occupational psychology.
