Malcolm Ballantine

   
ballantine.jpg Malcolm is a chartered occupational psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS. He has been a member of the Society since 1972 and works as an independent consultant. His main interest is in management development, particularly organisational career development - working with people in mid-career who intend to stay in their current organisations.


He started working as an occupational psychologist with British Steel and then spent fifteen years at Birkbeck lecturing on the MSc programme. He took up a consultancy role in 1989 and has had wide experience across public and private sectors.
In the BPS, Malcolm is an assessor for membership of the Division and is a member of the Board of Examiners. He is also a member of the National Career Development Association and a Founder Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
