Kim Stephenson

Honorary Secretary

stephenson.jpg Kim is a chartered occupational psychologist, and principal of Stephenson Consulting.
Kim worked for fourteen years in financial services. He gained the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate, later being invited to participate in the CII's design of compulsory examinations for advisors and being involved in the review of pension mis-sales.
Deciding that was not what he wanted to do when he grew up, Kim did a psychology degree at LGU, a Master's in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths College, London University, and a post-graduate certificate in computing with the OU.
He realised some of the ghastly psychological errors he made as a manager in finance and now works to help others avoid those errors, enjoy their work as much as he does and have technology that helps them do it!
Kim is also a Supervisor of Practitioners in Training and coordinator of the Southern area Supervisor Group.
