Kajal currently works as a Consultant Business Psychologist for Capita Resourcing. This involves advising clients on ways to manage selection processes, designing assessment centres, career coaching and training others in her industry to use psychometric tools. She is looking to complete her Chatership by 2008. Before moving to Capita, Kajal worked for a niche executive search company specialising in recruiting senior level finance professionals within the investment banking sector.
Kajal gained her MSc from the University of Nottingham in 2005. Her dissertation specifically investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance drawing comparatively interesting conclusions.
Kajal is a member of a local netball team and in her spare time enjoys reading, cooking and salsa dancing.
