Antonia Dietmann

    Antonia Dietmann Antonia Dietmann is a Senior Occupational Psychologist at the Ministry of Defence. After completing her MSc at the Institute of Work Psychology , Sheffield , she went on to work at Rolls-Royce supporting a change programme and then at the IWP before joining the MOD. Antonia spent three years in strategic Service HR delivering the empirical evidence and psychological input for policy development across the Armed Forces. Currently, Antonia delivers assessment solutions for the Senior Civil Service and for civilians wishing to deploy to operational theatre. She is active in the Division of Occupational Psychology and currently co-convenes the Training & Development Subcommittee, which produces Learning a Living (www.bps.org.uk/learningaliving2008).
