Stuart Low
I graduated with a BSc in Psychology from the Open University in 2002 and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester in 2004. I have been a member of the BPS since 2000 and am currently registered as a Practitioner in Training with the DOP.
I have occupied various roles within the public, private and voluntary sectors, including time with the Employment Service and The Prince’s Trust. I am currently employed within the Public Bodies & Relocation Division of the Scottish Executive where my role is to:
- identify, design and evaluate training solutions for employees who monitor and advise upon the corporate governance of public bodies in Scotland.
- assist with the design and implementation of a performance management system to monitor the business performance of Scotland’s public bodies.
My occupational psychology interests lie in the fields of Training and Organisational Development & Change. I am keen to raise the profile of occupational psychology in Scotland and see the DOP-S Committee as providing a valuable medium through which good OP practice can be shared for the benefit of all.
