POW! is a quarterly publication of the Division of Occupational Psychology. It aims to communicate the value of what occupational psychology offers both as a field of scientific inquiry and as a source of tools and methods for tackling real word questions facing organisations, employees, and more broadly, the world of work in the UK. We want to communicate the value of occupational psychology and to raise challenging issues in a way that is amenable to all members of the occupational psychology community, to all members of the psychology profession, and to those outside the profession who are considering careers as psychologists, current users of occupational psychology, and potential clients of occupational psychology.
