BPS Division of Neuropsychology announce 2010 Child Clinical Neuropsychology Course at Charney Manor.

Part I: 8-12 MARCH 2010
Part II: 18-22 OCTOBER 2010

The Course is run on behalf of the Division of Neuropsychology and under the auspice of the British Psychological Society. It is predominantly open to qualified Clinical Child Psychologists and also Educational Psychologists, who wish to extend their knowledge of Neuropsychology. Also for those Clinical Psychologists working with adults in the area of Neuropsychology, and who occasionally see Children.

It may be attended on a residential or non residential basis. The Course has successfully been running now for the last twelve years. It attempts to introduce the participants to current theoretical and assessment issues in child neuropsychology, as well as covering a range of neurological disorders commonly seen in childhood.
The course is held at Charney Manor, Charney Bassett (a Quaker conference centre) which is about 12 miles outside of Oxford. There are approximately 25 residential places at Charney and 8 non-residential places.

Having the course in two parts provides an opportunity for participants to get to know one another, as well as being able to enjoy the peaceful ambience of Charney and the friendliness of the staff who work there.
