Bus Tour

On Tuesday 24th June delegates have the opportunity to buy a ticket for a bus tour into Edinburgh (tickets MUST be purchased in advance via the registration form). This will give delegates the chance to have a night out in Edinburgh's lively city centre. The city offers a wealth of restaurants, bars as well as site seeing opportunities. Information will be available for delegates at the registration desk.

Pick-up Times/Timetable

6.15pm Coach to pick up outside Main Entrance
6.30pm Depart for sight-seeing tour of Old and New Towns
8pm Coach to drop guests at location on Charlotte Square
9.30pm Coach to pick up returning guests from location on Charlotte Square and return to Heriot-Watt

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ONLY 1 PICK-UP BACK TO HERIOT-WATT.

If you wish to stay in the City Centre for longer, please be aware that you MUST arrange your own transport back to the university.

Conference Dinner & Ceilidh

The Conference Dinner will
take place in the Mezzanine Dinning Hall on campus on Wednesday 25th June followed by a Ceilidh. Tickets must be purchase in advance via the registration form.
