Chair
Dr Carol Ireland is the current chair of the DFP and is responsible for providing leadership at a National level for the Division and the profession in general.
Chair Elect
Giles McCathie is Chair elect and therefore will be the next Chair of the DFP.
Honorary Treasurer
Neil Gredecki is the Honorary treasurer and is responsible for ensuring all DFP expenditure furthers the charitable purposes of the DFP and BPS. Neil has also assumed the role of Honorary Secretary.
Conferences
Claire Bainbridge is responsible for communicating and co-ordinating DFP conferences. Contact Claire.
Research
Paul Mooney is the research contact for the committee and responsible for communicating issues related to research and the profession within the DFP.
Equality and Diversity Issues
Zoe Ashmore currently reports issues within the BPS and DFP that relate to diversity, in particular monitoring Government Policy and legislation which may impact on diversity or equality.
Continuing Professional Development
Martin Fisher is the CPD lead within the committee and plans many of the training events for full members offered throughout the year.
In-Training Representatives
Polly Turner and Sonia Borghino represent the views of members in training and communicate issues within the DFP membership and committee meetings related to training in forensic psychology.
Professional Conduct Issues
Glenda Liell currently communicates with the committee on issues related to professional conduct.
Area representatives
Carole Murphy is the Regional Chair for the DFP Scotland. Geraldine Hare and Sarah Ruston are the regional representatives for Northern Ireland. Nicola Bowes is the regional representative for Wales.
