Poster Guidelines

Accommodation: Please note that if you have booked accommodation through us they are single occupancy ensuite bedrooms on campus. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, internet connection, refrigerator and welcome pack. A full English/Continental breakfast is included and available in the Restaurant de Havilland from 7.30am-9.00am. All rooms are non-smoking. Keys can be collected for your accommodation from a desk next to the BPS registration desk in the Atrium. Check in is from 14.00pm and check out is 10.00am (at the latest) on the day of your departure.

Sporting Facilities: Residential guests are also entitled to use the Hertfordshire Sports Village swimming pool and gym on site.

Conference Dinners: There is a wine reception and an informal dinner taking place on Tues 1st Sept and a formal Conference Dinner on Wed 2nd Sept. Both dinners will be held on campus in the Comet Room. The wine reception is already included in the Three Day Non-Residential Package and for Tues single day delegates. If you wish to book either of the dinners and have not already done so through your registration form, please contact the BPS Conference office to add this to your booking.

   

Extended Poster Deadline is Now Closed

All recieved late posters have now been reviewed and decision emails were sent out on 29th July. If you have not yet received a decision email please first check your 'junk mail' in box, then if you still cannot find it, please contact the conference office.

Deadline for submissions was 23.30 on Monday 20th July 2009

Call for Submission for papers and symposia has now closed

All recieved paper and symposia submissions have now been reviewed and decision emails were sent out w/c 22nd June. If you have not yet received a decision email please first check your 'junk mail' in box, then if you still cannot find it, please contact the Conference Office.

A limited number of postgraduate bursaries are available.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for bursary application is 1st August 2009.

- Just off junction 3 of the A1(M)
- 5 minutes from the M25 motorway
- 10 minutes from the M1 motorway
- 20-30 minutes from London Luton and Stanstead airports
- 25 minute rail journey from London Kings Cross
