Overview

Influencing is the skill set for leadership and leaders need to continue to refine their influencing skills as their career progresses. This workshop uses a 4 level model for benchmarking your personal effectiveness in influencing. It is also designed to help you understand your strategic network better. You will explore vital skills for working effectively with organisational (and inter-organisational) politics and with ‘difficult’ stakeholders. This workshop is designed both to help you be influential and at the same time preserve your personal integrity.
