The Cognitive Psychology section
provides a national forum for discussion of research and matters of
concern to cognitive psychologists. Our membership comprises
psychologists in industry, the health service and government
departments, in addition to all colleges and universities. Their
interests cover most aspects of cognitive psychology and related areas.
Reduced
registration fees are available to Section member at conferences and
special workshops organised by the Section, including an annual
conference. Recent activities have included conferences on reading and
dyslexia, imagery, laterality, student learning; and workshops on
problem solving, hemisphericity, and mind and language. Now the
Cognitive Section has established an announcement mail-list to improve
communication with members.
To be included on the announcement mail-list, current members of the BPS Cognitive Section should send an e-mail to:
subscribe-cognitive_section@lists.bps.org.uk putting your full name as the e-mail subject, no e-mail content is required.
As your eligibility to join the mailing list will be checked, a few days may pass before you to receive confirmation.
