Tanja Dodd

Tanja is a family mediator, meeting with separating/ separated families to help them create workable agreements over finance, property and children. She also provides coaching to divorcing adults.

She has worked with coaching since the early 1990's. Coaching was introduced as a management tool to LEGO in Denmark, where she was employed as an organisational psychologist.

Through the Special Group of Coaching Psychology and the International Coaching Federation, Tanja became aware of the significant advances - both theoretical and practical - in coaching psychology and sought to join the accreditation Working Party. She hopes to be able to contribute with experience of learning-through-practice and a wide psychological perspective.

Tanja completed a BA(Hons)psychology in 1985, MA in organisational psychology in 1987 and became a UK College accredited family mediator in 2004. The latter qualification is recognised by the Legal Services Commission.
