Each Society qualification has its own Qualifications Officer who supports the smooth running of that qualification. The Society’s Qualifications Officers are happy to help candidates and enquirers with any questions they may have about their qualifications. The favoured method of communication is e-mail. You can generally expect a response to an email query within 5-10 working days of receipt although responses will be provided more quickly whenever possible.

If you need to speak to your Qualifications Officer about specific queries about your qualification you should use the relevant direct line number below (their address and fax number is above). The Qualifications Officers will normally be available between 2 pm and 4 30 pm Monday to Friday.

Sometimes your Qualifications Officer will be out of the office (at meetings, trainings etc or on leave). If your Qualifications Officer is out of the office this will be indicated on their voicemail message and their e-mail out of office message. Enquiries made by telephone may need to be put into an email or a letter where the query is complex and guidance might be needed from the relevant Board of Assessors.

The Qualifications Team appreciate your patience in awaiting responses to your queries within the timeframe given above; we serve in excess of 1,800 enrolled candidates and so there may be occasions when we are unable to provide responses as quickly as we would hope.
