Funding Opportunties Funding Opportunities Database The database contains details of funding opportunities that have been highlighted in the Research Funding News column in the Psychologist, and further opportunities that are of particular interest to psychologists. It focuses on funding from research charities, specialist research associations and foundations, and international funding providers. Some of the funding programmes provided by the main research councils are listed but for full information on all the schemes they offer please use the links to their individual websites. All the opportunities listed are currently open for applications. You can either look at all the opportunties listed or select ones of particular interest to those seeking funding for PhDs, for activities whilst undertaking a PhD or for funding targeted at postdoctoral researchers. Open date schemes that accept applications at any time are also included.
