Qualification in Forensic Psychology
The Society currently offers the Qualification in Forensic Psychology Stage 2 (QFP Stage 2). The qualification consists of two years' full time supervised practice (or part time equivalent). It requires that trainees provide evidence of applying psychology in forensic practice.
If you want to practice as a Forensic Psychologist in the UK this is one of the main routes. By taking this route you will be able to apply for Chartered Membership of the Society, Full Membership of the Division of Forensic Psychology and be eligible to apply for registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC) as a Forensic Psychologist.
