Please remember that in addition to the above documentation you also need to send in your Supervision Contract, CRB/Disclosure Scotland/Access Northern Ireland document, your MSc certificate and your enrolment fee.

If you send the original MSc certificate please use recorded delivery.

Fees

Any payments using a debit or credit card should be made over the telephone. Please call 0116 252 9519 between 2 pm and 4 30 pm Monday to Friday to do this.

NB: If you require an invoice please remember that the invoice request form needs to be submitted at least eight weeks in advance of your intended submission date.
