CPD recording forms

The CPD plan and summary log tables are designed to adapt to your requirements and the level of information that needs to be entered.

You do not need to restrict the information you enter to the space in the blank tables, as they will automatically expand when data is entered into them. You may also need to create a new space in any of the tables, as you are not limited to the number of needs or activities that can be recorded: this can be done by clicking the cursor in the area just outside the table and pressing the ‘return’ key, or by pressing the ‘tab’ key once you have filled in the last remaining space.
