Workshop fees
• DOP Members £220 (+VAT)
• BPS Members £260 (+VAT)
• Non-BPS Members £345 (+VAT)
• Concessions £65 (+VAT)
Persons eligible for concessionary rate are student members of the Society, graduate members registered under Rule 20B, Rule 26 members, and members who are unemployed. For evidence of unemployment, we will require a copy of your job seekers allowance book.
Concessionary places are subject to availability. Please contact the Learning Centre (0116 252 9512) or learningcentre@bps.org.uk for further information.
Fees include:
• Buffet lunch and refreshments
• Attendance certificate
• Any workshop materials provided by facilitators
Fees do not include overnight accommodation.
Booking your workshop
Bookings can be made online via the BPS Shop.
Alternatively registration forms can be downloaded from the BPS Learning Centre website.
Bookings can also be made by contacting the Learning Centre on 0116 252 9512.
Payment
• All cheques should be made payable to "BPS"
• All BACS must be sent with a remittance advice slip.
• Debit/credit cards are accepted, please see the online shop. We do not accept Solo, Electron or Diners Club Cards
• Invoices may be requested with a valid purchase order number. Please see the registration form for further details.
Cancellation policy
A refund will be given on all cancellations more than 30 days before the event takes place. An administration charge of £15 will be made for all such cancellations. Any cancellation made less than 30 days before the event will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be made via email to lianne.bruce@bps.org.uk. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Transfer of booking
If a delegate cannot attend the booked workshop they are entitled to transfer to another workshop (subject to availability) 30 days or more prior to the start of the workshop. If a suitable workshop cannot be found the delegate must cancel their booking (see Cancellation Policy).
Substitutions
You can change the name on the booking up to one week before commencement of the event by contacting lianne.bruce@bps.org.uk. Verbal substitutions will not be accepted. Packages cannot be shared under any circumstances.
