Kimberley Wilson is a Chartered Psychologist, food writer and business-owner, with a special interest in Nutritional Psychiatry, in particular the impact of nutrients on the structure and function of the brain, as well as our personal/social relationships with food.She is a governor of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Mental Health Trust and former chair of the BPS' Training Committee in Counselling Psychology. Kimberley is also the founder of Monumental Health, the UK's first integrated mental health practice aimed at addressing the nutritional, biological and psychological aspects of mental wellness, with a focus on resilience and prevention.
