Bursaries

The Research Board have made funds available to support up to 20 Postgraduate Student members of the Society to attend the Annual Conference.  Each bursary consists of up to £99 to cover full conference attendance (excluding accommodation).

Read a review of our annual conference, written by Naomi Norton, PG student at the University of Leeds.  Naomi received one of our bursaries to attend the 2012 conference, where she presented a poster.

To qualify for the bursary you must:

• be a member of the British Psychological Society
• have a paper or poster accepted as part of the programme for the conference
• be meeting the travel/accommodation costs of attending the conference yourself
• attend all or most of the conference (not just the presentation you are involved with)
• be prepared to write a review of the conference (at the request of the Standing Conference Committee)
