Pre-BBQ drinks will be accompanied by Syncopated Rhythm Jazz Band in the Terrace Lounge & Bar. The BBQ will take place (weather permitting) on the banks of the River Avon in the hotel gardens. Please download the BBQ menu here

After the BBQ guests can enjoy an extract from the Harold Pinter play "Betrayal" performed by local drama group "Second Thoughts"
At 9pm guests can join in a story telling session by Stratford Town Walk in 'the room with no name!'

This evening's wine reception will be accompanied by pianist Robert Baker in the Terrace Lounge & Bar.
The conference gala dinner will begin at 8.00pm and we are pleased to announce our after dinner speaker will be actor and writer Ben Crystal. Book now to reserve your place at our conference dinner (places are limited).
Ben has recently written his highly aclaimed book "Shakespeare on Toast", and has acted most notably as Lucius in Comedy of Errors at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. We will be screening a film at 9pm on Thursday 15 April - popcorn will be provided!
Pianist Robert Baker will continue the entertainment in the Terrace Lounge & Bar from 9.30pm through to 11pm.
Guests can also dance (and sing) the night away at our late karaoke disco in G's Bar.
Stratford-Upon-Avon is home to the Royal Shakespeare Company who host a number of different shows throughout the year. The RSC will be showing "Antony and Cleopatra" during the dates of the conference. For further information please visit the website to book tickets for the play.
