SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
A varied programme with international speakers has been arranged. Please see the accompanying scientific programme.
TRADE EXHIBITION
A trade exhibition will be held throughout the conference.
ACCOMODATION
Campus accommodation is available to book on the registration form. Other hotel accommodation is also available, full details of how to book can be view by visiting the accommodation details page.
CAR PARKING
Cars may be parked in Campus Central, West, South or North car parks. All of these car parks are pay and display. Pay & Display parking charges are:
Up to 5 hours - £2.00
Up to 8 hours - £4.00
Up to 24 hours - £5.00
There are no charges between 18:00 - midnight or on Saturday or Sunday.
Special "Drivers with Disabilities Only" parking bays are provided in each general car park and at locations close to certain key buildings. These spaces are dedicated for the use of vehicles displaying a Blue Badge.
BADGES
Conference Delegates are required to wear name badges at all times for security reasons and catering identification.
MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS
All registration packages include tea/coffee breaks and lunches. Additional wine receptions will take place on certain days of the conference and are also included in the registration fee (see the registration form for full details).
